March 23: RESET YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL
This is the season for new beginnings and an opportunity to refresh your body, mind and soul. Spring cleaning is not just for your home! Skip the fad diets and focus on healthy eating patterns that emphasize foods to support digestive health. After months of winter hibernation, it’s time to reset! Your Essentrics workout will teach you how to improve postural alignment, and it will focus on basic foundational movements. Learn the benefits of embedding breathwork into your yoga sequence to help you mentally detox and practice postures to root into your power for this new chapter.
April 13: BOOST YOUR ENERGY
Feeling tired at work around 4 pm? Are you reaching for coffee or sweets to get through your day? Put that bounce back into your step by unravelling the truth about how carbs influence energy levels, practising a mindful eating exercise, and discovering the foods that improve focus to help overcome the “afternoon slump”. Learn specific Essentrics and yoga movements as well as breathing techniques that help energize your body.
May 11: OPTIMIZE YOUR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOOD AND FITNESS
Wondering what to eat before and after your workouts? Looking to optimize your energy levels? Discover WHAT and WHEN to eat for optimal muscle usage, repair and growth. Using Essentrics techniques, practice taking your movements to the next level by tapping into the relaxation of muscle fibres to find greater strength and more flexibility. Through restorative yoga postures that are slow and supported, let go of physical stress and emotional tension to feel renewed and more productive.
June 15: PLAN FOR LASTING SUCCESS

Wrap up this 4-part series with strategies for perfecting the art of meal prep while being kind and realistic with yourself.
