On a mission to overcome chronic back pain due to the culmination of a life changing motor vehicle accident, wear and tear from competitive sports, and the negative effects of a sedentary desk job, Jeff found his answers in Pilates and Essentrics. These training methods rewound the clock and allowed him to move and feel better than he had in a decade. Now as a full-time instructor, Jeff focuses on maintaining and enhancing people’s quality of life through movement.
