At least once a month you can read something new, where I’ll be covering topics about fitness, nutrition and general well being. I won’t tell you to try the latest fitness and diet trends, because frankly, I don’t’ believe in that B***S***. I take a balanced, sustainable and realistic approach to health.
Though I am not a vegan or vegetarian, I acknowledge the health benefits associated with both diets. I LOVE FOOD! I love chocolate as if it is its own food group. I love baking and cooking, and enjoy meal prepping on Sunday nights. I work out almost every day, but to be fair that’s because it is my job ☺ You can read more about my bio here.
I created this website because I felt it was time to share my knowledge, and skills with the outside world. I’m a Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor. What’s Essentrics you ask? I'll dedicate my next blog post to that! In the meantime, you can take a quick peek of some exercises here! I am also a nutritionist, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food (Ryerson University). Now that you know a bit of my background, you might see how it impacts my take on wellness, health, fitness, nutrition and all things in between!
