My approach to nutrition is simple. It may sound cliché but I do believe that we can have everything in moderation. I do not encourage diet trends, restrictions or counting calories. Food is complex and it goes way beyond a diet and nutritional benefits. We need to enjoy food with our family and friends, and develop a healthy relationship with the food we eat.
